 UK 

We offer free DHL express shipping on all our products.

Europe & USA

We offer DHL Express Shipping at a flat rate of £15 per order.

Rest of the World 

We offer DHL Express Shipping at a flat rate of £35 per order.

We use DHL express shipping on all our products. We can ship to virtually any address in the world and we do send our orders via DHL express. All the products are shipped from UK. We always try to dispatch our orders within 24 hours, however occasionally some orders may take up to 2 - 3 business days.

 When an order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

 The customer is responsible for any Duty, VAT and customs tariffs that may be payable to your country of destination. 

Return Policy 

We always take pride in our product quality and our strict quality control system. If you have any problems with the item you purchased, please contact our customer service department through e-mail at: shop@mellaswim.com. To guarantee a fast and efficiently warranty process, please inform us with your name, order number, a brief description of the issue and a photo that can display the problem. Our customer service department will reply within 24 hours.

Exchanges

We are more than happy to accept exchanges, provided you meet the conditions outlined below. Please send us an email within 10 days at shop@mellaswim.com and we will email you an exchange form to complete. MELLA SWIM does not offer refunds. 

 Exchange Conditions: 

  • The swimwear must be in 'as-new' condition, unwashed, unworn, free of any odors or other substances, with all tags and sanitary liners still attached.
  • You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can proceed the exchange within 14 days.
  • The swimwear should packaged in the same condition that it was received. 
  • You must email shop@mellaswim.com and advise us of the tracking number as soon as you send the swimwear.
  • MELLA SWIM will not accept responsibility for lost or delayed items. 
  • We will only accept one exchange per order. To clarify, we do not exchange goods that have already been exchanged
  • We dont accept exchanges for swimwear that have been purchased on sale or discount 
  • You should allow up to seven business days for us to send out your new requested items.  

Cancellations 

MELLA SWIM does not offer cancellations - when you confirm payment, you are agreeing to commit to your purchase. 

MELLA SWIM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE IF ITEMS DO NOT ABIDE BY THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.
